Great bathroom, great bed, exceptional view from the room and from the upper floor, very nice staff! Spa zone has swimming pool, common sauna, and separated men and women sauna in each changing room, two showers, and the most exceptional - we ordered full body massage that was awesome! Breakfast was great! Loved it a lot!

Everything is provided( hair tools, tv with the option to sign in with your Netflix account), nicely decorated, comfy bed and ironing option. The location is great because the Rotermann quarter is really close and they have great shops and cafes. The tram station is really close and it goes straight to the center, Balti Turg and Bus Station. After the checkout we were able to store our baggage in the hotel.

Location is perfect. We loved the spa, especially during weekdays where everything was quiet. Rooms were big and clean. The big showerhead was awesome. Breakfast was plentiful and always stocked up. Out soapbox was broken, but after notifying the receptionist she asked when this could be fixed. And when we returned, it was fixed. Negatives can happen, it is all how about you fix it. This hotel knows how to handle it.

The place was located to everything we wanted. It is close to the old town, close to the harbour and close to supermarkets. Also the kitchen was well fitted and we used it to heat up our food. The room was very large and beds were very comfortable.

Very close to old town! I stayed 4 days and only discovered the relaxation facilities on the last day. This is a must! It's so nice and the steam sauna is great! The staff was amazing and the breakfast was even better!

The location of the hotel is just excellent. In the middle of everything business, old town, gym, grocery store... Frankly I was amazed about this thing. I had to leave one day early because of Estonia becoming more Covid. I went home in the late afternoon (17:00) and the hotel did not charge the night I was supposed to stay.
