We didn't try the breakfast but there were free coffee, tea and water throughout the day in the dining area. The bed was massive and super comfortable. The room was super quiet and we couldn't hear any noise from the streets, despite the fact that the hotel was located on the main street.

Location was great. Only 5 minutes walk to the trams or train station. 10 minutes walk to the promenade or old town. Breakfast was good. Ham, cheese, pancakes, different breads, tomato, cucumber, fruit salad, jogurts. Coffee was also tasty. Breakfast could be enjoyed outside. Personnel was very helpful and nice. Luggage was able to leave to the hotel after check out.

Great hotel in perfect location. The staff was extremely nice and the lady at the reception immediately made us feel very welcoming. We reserved parking in advance and everything worked our perfectly. We also recommend having breakfast in the garden. We loved it and will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and warm. It was also lovely and quiet. The blind plus curtains meant it was also dark enough to sleep. So often in hotels, light sneaking in somewhere is an issue for me. The staff were great. So friendly but still professional. I would really recommend this hotel, especially at this time of year when there are some great mid week bargains to be had. I would definitely stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay. It’s less than a ten minute walk from the train station. It’s a few minutes walk from the underground tram stop which takes you directly to the airport. The room was nice, it’s always a bonus to have your own fridge. The bed was comfortable and the staff were brilliant especially the lady with the blond hair who gave me directions to the football stadium.

I’m delighted we picked Brice Garden for our stay in Nice. The location is great. It’s a 10 min walk from the train station and only 5 mins walk from the beach. Also a 10 min or less walk to Place Masséna. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioner unit on the last night and they had a technician come out and fix it for us. The bed was comfy and shower pressure good. There is a lovely garden at the entrance which was nice to relax and have a drink in. I would happily recommend this hotel to others and return myself.

The apartment has a great location few steps from plaza massena and walking distance to the beach and many other attractions.. The apartment was a very good size and we got one with balcony where you can seat, relax and people watch. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom needs some improvements, . It was clean. Staff was very friendly and provided assistance with bringing the luggage to my car after pulling the car out of the parking and waiting on a back street. Overall, it was good value.

We had an lovely stay at the hotel. The staff made the whole experience for us. A big shoutout to Rajaa who gave us the warmest welcome and went above and beyond to help us out with keeping our room a day longer. We really enjoyed our time in Nice and the relaxt vibe of the hotel was a big part of that. I loved the style of the hotel and it is just like the pictures. It was clean cosy and comfortable. And the location is spot in, we would love to stay here again when we come back.

I spent 7 nights in this hotel in September with my mother and we both really enjoyed it. Things I liked: 1)very good location - we walked everyday to the beach (ca 8-10 min) and to the train station (ca 7 min). 2) clean, comfortable room with good bathroom. Excellent room cleaning service! 3) very polite, friendly staff, always ready to help you in the best way possible -reception open 24/7, we felt very secured and welcomed when living there! 4) coffee/water available all day long in the main hall. A tea/coffee facilities regularly renewed in the room. 5) even though it is located next to the main shopping & tram road you can choose to live on the quiet side and you will hear no noise from the street at all - very good for those who want to have proper sleep at night

I liked many things about this hotel. I have a disability, my breathing is poor. And I require supplementary oxygen. The staff were, without exception, always willing to help me and make life easier for me. The breakfast was very good.i recommend room with balcony,. At checkout they made my departure easy and straightforward Very handy for tram transport 1 euro per trip!! Less than 100 metres from the stop. The whole of Nice then becomes easy to reach. Surrounded by good choice of inexpensive restaurants. Great Hotel. Can highly recommend.

The location was great - close to the station but just past the sketchy bit so as a woman walking alone at night I didn't have to deal with the slightly less comfortable zone for walking to get to the old town area. The room was bright, super cute, spotlessly clean, and well laid out. The staff were very nice and went out of their way to assist me (I needed to see a doctor while I was there and they assisted me with that). I strongly recommend this place. (I don't recommend the Lebanese restaurant next door though!).

The location close to the station and the shopping streets is ideal. The street itself is rather run down and the atmosphere is a bit gloomy but we felt safe enough. The fact that the airport bus is located within 3 minutes walk makes it an ideal spot too.

Staff was very polite and helpful, they gave us a room before check in time with no extra charge, they also arranged a taxi to the airport and provide us with map and tips for traveling. Beds were comfort, rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. The location is great, it is 3min walk to the central station and also to the main street. The room also had very good lighting.

Location was the best. Hotel stuff was very helpful! (We had issues with the pcr results, and they helped us call the French only speaking lab and guided us through what do) everything was clean. And the bed was super comfortable!

Well appointed rooms - nicely laid out and clean. Superb location with very close access to the beach. Reception staff were very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful - although no hot selections. Sitting out on the balcony over looking the ocean. What a great start to the day. Huge carpark out the front was also great.
