Very spacious, comfortable and beautifully arranged apartment. Everything spotless clean. Good equipment - small kitchen with fridge, electric kettle, plates. Fast WiFi. Great location, close to the old Town of Rethymno and just few meters from the Fortress. Small, but nice balcony with great view. Very friendly staff. I can truly recommend Palazzo Fortezza for everybody who would like to explore Rethymno.

The room was great value for money! Clean and comfortable! Located in the center of the old town, parking nearby! The welcome raki and wine was a nice touch! There was also a nice small garden outside the rooms!

The location of the suites is in the old town of Rethymno, so all the shops and restaurants to eat are very easy to reach on foot. You do not need any transporation. Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and the balcony view was very nice. We will stay in Neratze Hammam Suites when we come in Rethymno next time!

Very nice and clean hotel, with all the necessary ammenities. Room cleaned every day and bath products replaced constantly. Great view from de balcony overseeing the sea and the old venetian Fortezza. Also, nice beach maintained by hotel staff, and providing very good beach service. You have free sun beds and umbrella if you are guest of the hotel. Hotel has a terrace where you take good breakfast in the morning, also with sea view. The entire hotel staff is great with guests and always try their best to answer guests requests and needs. Greetings and kudos to Adriana. 🙂 All in all, we spent 11 nights at this hotel and we consider making a very good choice for our vacation in Crete. Rethymno town has good connections with the entire island, so if you want to explore the west, south and est of Crete, this town is the place to stay.

The hotel is very well decorated and furnished ! We really appreciated the decoration of the room with all the things that reminded us of the sea. You can see that they put a lot of attention to details, up to the choice of music in the hallway. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is great, right in front of the beach and about 15-minute walk away from the city center. We would definitely come back here again !

This hotel probably has the best view in Rethymno. We could see the Fortezza in the distance and the mosque just in front, both beautifully lit up at night. Could have sat on the balcony and just admired the view for hours. We had the top floor (room No. 4). Everything worked well. Giannis is one of the nicest people ever. There were snacks and drinks in the room. Wifi was good. The location was in the center of the old city.
