Amazing staff/host, big space stylish decoration. We enjoyed Netflix and fruits that our host brought us. It was so comfy that it was like home. She helped us with any need or questions we had which included parking our car to getting our laundry done. Enough gadgets to cook simple dishes. Oh we are also tea drinkers and it was a thoughtful touch to keep tea in the room, as well as coffee. The room is very quite , great water pressure from the shower. Max 5 mins walk to the center of the old town( the Venetian port area) I recommend this place.

For me, any review should focus on two sides - the tangible things about a hotel, and then intangibles. So, this hotel has a great location in the Old Town, close to tons of restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are huge (at least mine was), and the facilities are very clean and comfortable. The intangibles — primarily the staff — are even better. They are the best thing about this excellent hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Rethymno, and want great service, location, facilities and prices, go no further.

The appartment is very cosy and nicely decorated. Marinos was welcoming and we very much appreciated the little touches like the Christmas tree and the Christmas cookies (yum!). Everything is close by and the view from the bedroom is very nice!

The place looks even better in real life than on the picture. The patio gives a small village feeling a la melrose place and the hotel entrance has a modern and classic Greek touch with natural colours and elements. All the facilities you need are there. The bed is amazing; I really slept like a rose. Konstaninos and his mother are the ones who ran The Who when I was there. They represent what Greek hospitality was about. Any question or request I had was more than answered to and everyday they checked on me if everything was okay. They even woke up for me to escort me very early morning to the taxi driver who brought me to the airport this morning! Their warm personalities; authenticity and their sincere gentleness really touched me in the bottom of my heart.

This hotel probably has the best view in Rethymno. We could see the Fortezza in the distance and the mosque just in front, both beautifully lit up at night. Could have sat on the balcony and just admired the view for hours. We had the top floor (room No. 4). Everything worked well. Giannis is one of the nicest people ever. There were snacks and drinks in the room. Wifi was good. The location was in the center of the old city.

Excellent stay with friendly and easy check in. Only a few meters away from the center, just far enough from the noise of the city. Menta is offering a unique experience for couples and not only for a weekend gateway. Fantastic patio view from the roof garden and delicious Cretan buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and everyone kept the protocols from the Covid-19. To sum up: You want to try something different in affordable price? With comfy bed and fluffy towels? The location of the suites is in the old town of Rethymno, so all the shops and restaurants to eat are very easy to reach on foot. You do not need any transporation. Everything was great, the apartment was very clean and the balcony view was very nice. We will stay in Neratze Hammam Suites when we come in Rethymno next time!

The hotel is very well decorated and furnished ! We really appreciated the decoration of the room with all the things that reminded us of the sea. You can see that they put a lot of attention to details, up to the choice of music in the hallway. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is great, right in front of the beach and about 15-minute walk away from the city center. We would definitely come back here again !

Very nice and clean hotel, with all the necessary ammenities. Room cleaned every day and bath products replaced constantly. Great view from de balcony overseeing the sea and the old venetian Fortezza. Also, nice beach maintained by hotel staff, and providing very good beach service. You have free sun beds and umbrella if you are guest of the hotel. Hotel has a terrace where you take good breakfast in the morning, also with sea view. The entire hotel staff is great with guests and always try their best to answer guests requests and needs. Greetings and kudos to Adriana. 🙂 All in all, we spent 11 nights at this hotel and we consider making a very good choice for our vacation in Crete. Rethymno town has good connections with the entire island, so if you want to explore the west, south and est of Crete, this town is the place to stay.

A jewel box of a hotel! Extremely well designed with taste and quality workmanship... we were thrilled upon arrival and were only sad when it was time to leave and continue our travels!
