Staff are helpful and friendly. I love the lady cleaner who is very cheerful and lovely. The breakfast is very delicious, with freshly baked pastries and bread. The location is very good, easy to walk to the waterfront and lots of restaurants are around.

Right opposite the hotel is a parking garage with which the hotel collaborates and charges 10€ per day. Great location, it’s in the center of the city, which makes everything accessible and close. The staff also recommended some places to visit which was also very welcome. Great wine choices as well. The interior of the hotel and the rooms are cosy and modern, absolutely clean and with lots of lovely details. Free wifi available. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious. The staff was genuinely friendly and full of recommendations they are happy to share. Would really recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the city.

I had an extraordinary nice stay at this place. The rooms are relatively big, the hotel is in the centre of the town and everything is close by. The staff is very friendly, helping with car psrking and all other concerns. The restaurant was only open for hotel guests and fantastic. The breakfast was extremely rich and delicious. All in all a very plesant stay during hard corona times.

This is not not the first we visit City hotel - perfect location, right in the center, perfect service, especially from the Reception. Because of the COVID 19 this time breakfast was served in the next door cafeteria and it was perfect too - quality and quality. We will definitely visit City hotel again.

Excellent location to look around Thessaloniki. Located in one of the main shopping streets and surrounded by lovely restaurants. A few minutes from the promenade and we were lucky to have views of the sea from our room. Cute decoration (we stayed in the Books room) and amazing bathroom with the perfect shower. Reception staff were brilliant, welcoming and helpful.
