Morano glass chandelier, snacks in the room. A nice breakfast, but we had to leave to the airport early this time and they arranged a water taxi to take us directly to the dock by the airport. It was really nice watching the sunrise on the ocean from a beautiful wooden boat. It was beautifully decorated and large rooms in comparison to European rooms.

I absolutely recommend this charming authentic Venetian guesthouse/B&B. My boyfriend and I spent two nights in Venice at this property. We enjoyed the great location which is a 25 minute walk from St Marco. Location is in a calm, peaceful part of the city situated in a side street just off the canal. Our triple room was spotlessly clean, spacious and traditionally decorated which added to the ambience of the place. Beds were so comfortable for sleeping and the bathroom facilities and shower was excellent. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of cakes, pastries breads and cereal. The selection on offer was varied and freshly prepared. Lovely attentive staff. The owner gave us useful information for sight seeing and was so helpful and friendly. We were also able to store our luggage on the last day until we were ready to collect it to leave Venice later in the day. Highly recommend this beautiful place!

We were there for one week and it was a perfect place to stay at. It´s a nice and not so touristic area with many restaurants nearby and there is a supermarket right across the square. The room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped in Venetian Style. We had a quiet room to the back with a little green terrace. The breakfast we got every day came on time, it was enough and good. The coffee was great. Gianluca was very friendly. We can recommand this accomodation to anyone!
