Loved everything about this property, I had the single room number 12 all the way on the 5th floor and felt very much at home during my 5 night stay. Loved the decor (it’s the red single room) and that I could open the windows for fresh air and sunrise/sunset views over the rooftops of venice. The AC was also really helpful as I was there during a heatwave. The bathroom had everything I could have asked for incl. nice product samples. But most outstanding was the staff, every single person working there was very kind, helpful and sweet. Because my minibar was broken they offered me free breakfast for my whole stay! And the breakfast was great, you would fill out a list the night before with items you’d like for breakfast. That was great because you had a big selection to choose from and could avoid wasting food. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and i will stay here again in my next visit.

The hotel is located in a historic palazzo, but it's not on the Grand Canal and slightly off the beaten track, so it was quiet and relaxed. The furnishings are lovely and our room was spectacular.

A superb hotel for our family of four. The room was spacious and easily accommodated us with the two kids. The garden serving as the breakfast area was beautiful. The location was perfect and in close proximity of many great sights. Staff was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner.

The property is run by a dedicated family, the staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a beautiful view and was very quiet. The place is great if you want to get a feel of an old palazzo with some of the old furnishings. The cleaning service was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, they provide also home made sweets.

There is a lot to say about this hotel. We've booked 3 rooms. All of the rooms were huge, just as the beds (2m x 2m) and very comfortable ! Main thing is having a good sleep at night and that was great. Very helpfull staff and very friendly. 10 m to embarcado Ca Doro. No noise from outside. Breakfast is what it is... if you want fresh fruit juice and French croissants and a waiter at your table, you will have to pay a little more money. Great value for the price we have paid. You can't get the Daniëlle's luxury for the Pesaro's price ... Been to a lot of hotels in Venice and I do think I'll come back here !

The location of the hotel was great - it was close to the water taxi stop, and close to all of the luxury boutiques. The staff was also very accomodating - as they were able to change me to a double room at the last minute. There is also a nice terrace where you can eat meals outside. Also - great air conditioning during the hot summer months.
