The hotel is in an excellent location - walking distance of everything and right next to the Rialto bridge. The staff were very friendly and could answer all our questions easily. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was good despite the corona virus regulations. We were there on the weekend of the annual regatta and were allowed to watch it from the balcony overlooking the grand canal - awesome!

Firenze Hotel is located in the center of Venice, just across Saint Marks Square. It’s the perfect location and very quiet also. The hotel staff is very friendly and nice, doing everything to make their guests stay memorable. The best hotel staff I’ve ever seen! I will definitely stay in Hotel Firenze every time I will return to Venice.

We were there for one week and it was a perfect place to stay at. It´s a nice and not so touristic area with many restaurants nearby and there is a supermarket right across the square. The room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped in Venetian Style. We had a quiet room to the back with a little green terrace. The breakfast we got every day came on time, it was enough and good. The coffee was great. Gianluca was very friendly. We can recommand this accomodation to anyone!

Morano glass chandelier, snacks in the room. A nice breakfast, but we had to leave to the airport early this time and they arranged a water taxi to take us directly to the dock by the airport. It was really nice watching the sunrise on the ocean from a beautiful wooden boat. It was beautifully decorated and large rooms in comparison to European rooms.

The location of the hotel was great - it was close to the water taxi stop, and close to all of the luxury boutiques. The staff was also very accomodating - as they were able to change me to a double room at the last minute. There is also a nice terrace where you can eat meals outside. Also - great air conditioning during the hot summer months.
