The location of the hotel was great - it was close to the water taxi stop, and close to all of the luxury boutiques. The staff was also very accomodating - as they were able to change me to a double room at the last minute. There is also a nice terrace where you can eat meals outside. Also - great air conditioning during the hot summer months.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Marco. The breakfasts are first-rate with a wide selection for vegans (my step-daughter) as well as for those who love their salumi (my husband)! The location is excellent -- a bit off the beaten track -- and within minutes of the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, the Galleria dell'Accademia, the Academia Bridge, and is situated in the lovely Dorsoduro district. It is our go-to hotel in Venice and we highly recommend it!

Firenze Hotel is located in the center of Venice, just across Saint Marks Square. It’s the perfect location and very quiet also. The hotel staff is very friendly and nice, doing everything to make their guests stay memorable. The best hotel staff I’ve ever seen! I will definitely stay in Hotel Firenze every time I will return to Venice.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location within walking distance of Santa Lucia Station. A great convenience was the location of the vaporetto station nearby. There are a number of restaurants and cafes in the street. Very quiet, spacious room, comfortably and elegantly furnished. Spotlessly clean and fresh room, high-end towels and comfortable beds. Great service - from reception to breakfast staff. The breakfasts are varied and really delicious. The breakfast room was beautiful with antique ceilings and showy Murano glass lighting. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel - it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Excellent location. We stayed in the annex apartment which was a few doors down from the hotel entrance. Staff was super friendly, helped us with any questions on the area. Lots of places nearby to eat! The apartment was great for space and far exceeded European standards with size.

A superb hotel for our family of four. The room was spacious and easily accommodated us with the two kids. The garden serving as the breakfast area was beautiful. The location was perfect and in close proximity of many great sights. Staff was super friendly and gave us great recommendations for dinner.

Loved everything about this property, I had the single room number 12 all the way on the 5th floor and felt very much at home during my 5 night stay. Loved the decor (it’s the red single room) and that I could open the windows for fresh air and sunrise/sunset views over the rooftops of venice. The AC was also really helpful as I was there during a heatwave. The bathroom had everything I could have asked for incl. nice product samples. But most outstanding was the staff, every single person working there was very kind, helpful and sweet. Because my minibar was broken they offered me free breakfast for my whole stay! And the breakfast was great, you would fill out a list the night before with items you’d like for breakfast. That was great because you had a big selection to choose from and could avoid wasting food. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and i will stay here again in my next visit.

First impression - When you get in the hotel, you get in a cool clean lobby. We received a warm welcome from the lady in the reception. Room - We had all the facilities in the room as expected. The lighting in the room impressed us, no direct light in your eye. That was perfect. Cleanliness - The sheets, pillows were clean. The table, wardrobe, stair were all clean. Bathroom - A clean bathroom with a good working hair dryer. Breakfast - Tasty Staff - All polite, receptionists, people serving the breakfast. Overall - Worth for what you pay.
