Very clean room an excellent location, not too far away from everything but not soo central that you feel suffocated. Breakfast not too bad. Excellent bath, really clean and pretty tiles. There was artwork dotted all around the hotel, original not prints which was an excellent touch. The best part was the staff, who were very friendly super helpful and accommodating, they really took care of two girl travelling along. There is a nice bar area where you can sit, read, have coffer etc.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location within walking distance of Santa Lucia Station. A great convenience was the location of the vaporetto station nearby. There are a number of restaurants and cafes in the street. Very quiet, spacious room, comfortably and elegantly furnished. Spotlessly clean and fresh room, high-end towels and comfortable beds. Great service - from reception to breakfast staff. The breakfasts are varied and really delicious. The breakfast room was beautiful with antique ceilings and showy Murano glass lighting. It was a real pleasure to stay at this hotel - it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The property was quite good. If you are coming from the S. Lucia train station, you will have to cross about 3 bridges if you plan to walk to the hotel. There is a buffet breakfast which is served to you by the staff due to the Covid situation. The area (Dorsoduro) itself is quite nice, I do suggest travelers to visit here, it’s a lot quieter and less touristy. Delicious food options all around and cheaper than the main areas in Venice (Rialto/S. Marco). The Water bus station/Bus station/Taxis is not too far from the hotel either, it’s about a 3 min walk. They even did this really nice thing of providing me a little gift since I was celebrating my birthday. Overall experience was good.

I cannot put into words how outstanding this hotel is! It is a true 5 star hotel in every way. The staff is INCREDIBLE! They are genuine, accommodating, and truly care about connecting with you. The close location to the train station and being right on the canal is perfect. The rooms are gorgeous and pristine. The chef is magnificent, and he went out of his was to prepare food for my daughter who suffers from many food allergies. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. Grazie for an unforgettable stay!

The rooms were excellent. Very big for Venice standards. They had a living room and a separate bedroom. Very clean everywhere. The front desk was very helpful with everything. Got an upgrade on one of the rooms also. Breakfast was good. There are restaurants around the corner.

We were there for one week and it was a perfect place to stay at. It´s a nice and not so touristic area with many restaurants nearby and there is a supermarket right across the square. The room was beautiful, very clean and well equipped in Venetian Style. We had a quiet room to the back with a little green terrace. The breakfast we got every day came on time, it was enough and good. The coffee was great. Gianluca was very friendly. We can recommand this accomodation to anyone!

The property is run by a dedicated family, the staff is friendly and helpful. My room had a beautiful view and was very quiet. The place is great if you want to get a feel of an old palazzo with some of the old furnishings. The cleaning service was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, they provide also home made sweets.
