Hotel is nice with many facilities, room is decently large, it is exactly what I would expect from a good 4* in Europe for example. Bus from the city is very good also connecting with Ramon Airport.

It is a Thai inspired design and having just traveled to thailand they got it just right. The room was big and quiet. It was far from the big strip of hotels so you got a nice view of the water. The pool is gorgeous and not crowded or noisy.

Breakfast was good but unusual for someone from the UK (no bacon, beans, sausage, etc...). Lunch and dinner food was superb good quality and choice. Entertainment staff were always keeping everyone smiling. Overnight/evening manager was superb.

The hotel reception are very polite and welcoming , there is a very good service and perssanol attention, the food was great such as the room and maid service , the location is near everything you can walk anywhere. It was a great stay !
