We liked everything about Hotel Lagoona. It was our 2nd stay so we kind of knew that it would be a pleasant stay. We appreciated the clean and spacious, room, the nice fruit basket surprise in the room upon arrival. We loved the food: good variety and always fresh. I would also like to highlight the friendly staff who made our staff who are very helpful if you have a question. The pool area is very nice and it is right on the promenade, a short walk from the center and from the beach. Also conveniently located to the coral beach (bus 15 and 16) and to Ramon Airport (bus 50Aa), the bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel.

It is a Thai inspired design and having just traveled to thailand they got it just right. The room was big and quiet. It was far from the big strip of hotels so you got a nice view of the water. The pool is gorgeous and not crowded or noisy.

The overall professional friendly and helpful staff was top, making for a very relaxing and stress free stay. The rooms were very spacious and clean, bed was really comfortable making for a deep sleep which is rare for myself in Hotel stays. Breakfast and Dinner in the Hotel restaurant was beyond my expectation, offering a very wide selection of delicious foods and drinks. There is even a wide selection of food for Vegans.
