From the guy at the door, to the ladies on reception, from the smiling banter of the bar man to the cheerful cleaning lady, all the staff were lovely. Hearty breakfast each morning, the opportunity to swim each day (1km is 91 lengths I think), a huge and comfortable and quiet deluxe room with splendid views of the mountains, plus a great location for all that Almaty has to offer. I loved it.

Hotel is located on the road to the Medeo. Sight view is very good, however keep in mind that location is in mountains. Good pool and sauna at the ground floor. Nice personnel. Dinner was tasty.

Beautiful location, getting better at the evening, when it’s only for a hotel guests. Nice eco style experience with an attentive staff. We had a special request for a vegan breakfast. And we got it. It was delicious. I just wish to have blackouts on the windows, since we had a kid staying with us. Also a better sound isolation. Apart of these small things everything was very good. Hopefully we will be back in winter.

A very nice hotel in the city center. I've had a brand new room with all the amenities needed, literally smelling like a new home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with huge selection of fruits, salads, brads as well as freshly made omelet. Common areas have been clean and well maintained. Overall, perfect four-star hotel in the city center. A real bargain for the price I have paid.

The hotel is clean and neat. The service was superb starting from the check-in and ending with the check-out. The team there will assist with any help required. Also there is a nice Georgian restaurant with decent food for a fair price. Great place for a weekend getaway from the big city routine.

10 points: - location, there is a guarded parking; - the hotel is new, opened in 2019. Accordingly, new furniture and all interior elements; - cleanliness. Xisto everywhere, from the hotel room to the changing rooms in the spa; - SPA! Luxurious large pool with very warm water and jacuzzi. Even the smallest children will be comfortable there. The depth of the pool is 1.30-1.40. There are 3 saunas, and comfortable changing rooms with towels, bathrobes and new slippers! (for residents the visit is free). I also want to note that there is a cool relaxation zone and a salt room. As well as excellent massages; - the number itself, even the Standard will be big! A huge king-size bed, unrealistically comfortable mattress and pillows. Good TV with cable, large wardrobe, safe, work area and sitting area - armchairs or a sofa;
