Staff were all lovely, reception were kind to us. All inclusive includes a good selection of wine, whiskey and beer - they are generous with food and drink. Sports classes also excellent. Nikolai in the gym was super helpful.

Super helpful staff! Aidana went out of her way to find me accommodation within cycling distance near Merki. Thank you Aidana! The rooms are huge and super clean. Everything is comfortable except for the fairly hard bed..must be a cultural thing. Breakfast was ok but limited choice. The Indian restaurant (Namaste) around the corner is amazing. Overall this was a good hotel and worth the money.

Dostyk Hotel is one of the iconic places of Almaty. Located in the heart of the city, it is an absolute ideal place to live. My stay was exceptionally good- I was upgraded to a super presidential suite. The staff was amazing. The only minus is the absence of eatery, the hotel restaurant is closed (due to COVID19). They serve a small breakfast in the bar and there is a room service. But there are plenty bars and good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay! Come back again❤️

Very good location with very fantastic architectural design. The room is also very good in size and very clean. Shampoo, hair cream, bathroom kits and all interior items are high quality. There is a very good coffee machine in the room and you can enjoy by preparing your own coffee. Can be best in Shymkent.
