Perfect choice to stay in Ust Kamenogorks. The rooms are not the biggest but new and very clean. I like to highlight the hospitals of Aselya. She proactively approached me to check if I need assistance before arrival, and she organized the pick up from the airport for me.

Very good location with very fantastic architectural design. The room is also very good in size and very clean. Shampoo, hair cream, bathroom kits and all interior items are high quality. There is a very good coffee machine in the room and you can enjoy by preparing your own coffee. Can be best in Shymkent.

A very nice hotel in the city center. I've had a brand new room with all the amenities needed, literally smelling like a new home. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with huge selection of fruits, salads, brads as well as freshly made omelet. Common areas have been clean and well maintained. Overall, perfect four-star hotel in the city center. A real bargain for the price I have paid.

A very nice hotel. The inside is very large and spacious. Staff work at the highest level. Delicious breakfast, gorgeous panoramic views, reasonable prices for such a hotel.

The hotel is modern, beautiful, clean and had all the amenities you may need for your stay. Staff is attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. They accommodated all my requests and followed up with phone call to make sure that I liked my room and was comfortable. It was a very nice touch. I will definitely book them again when I'm in town.

A very comfortable and modern hotel. Good soundproofing of rooms. It is located in a park 200 m from the road, so it is quiet and pleasant view of the city from high floors. A warm welcome, unobtrusive service, a high level of restaurateur's art, cozy rooms, white linen and a gorgeous pool. Delicious breakfasts at a very affordable booking price.
