    Nice, new hotel, well located, parking. Nice inside, the room has everything you need. The plumbing is good. Classical music plays very quietly in the bathroom). Not very plentiful, but good and filling breakfast with a beautiful view and real coffee!

    The hotel is really nice. I had a big room/apartment with a big bed and a sofa. The personnel was very polite and friendly. Also, there was a bar with a very good kitchen next to this hotel so no need to go far from this place to have a good lunch or dinner!

    The hotel exceeded my expectations considerably! I wasn't expecting there to be much comfort anywhere in Kyzylorda, as it doesn't attract many travellers, even within Kazakhstan. I can confidently say this is the best place to stay in the town. The staff were friendly, very helpful and also spoke some English. Breakfast, Wifi and all facilities were up to scratch too. I will stay again if ever in Kyzylorda again.
