We stayed in this beautiful little hotel on our way through Kazakhstan. We were due to stay just 2 nights but ended up staying 3 as we loved it! Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated rooms, and a lovely breakfast. The manager also offered us a complimentary meal in the restaurant as it was my birthday which was very kind and the meal was delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely little hotel

Very good location with very fantastic architectural design. The room is also very good in size and very clean. Shampoo, hair cream, bathroom kits and all interior items are high quality. There is a very good coffee machine in the room and you can enjoy by preparing your own coffee. Can be best in Shymkent.
