Absolutely perfect. It was my first time in Kazachstan and now that I am home my head is still there. It is a 100% recommendation to go! The hotel was superb. Very clean room with super advanced airco system. All attributes were there from bathrobe & slippers to even an ATM. The bed is super comfortable! Staff is very friendly and speaks well in English. There is good WI-FI in room and also in rest of the Hotel. Food in the restaurant was good with good service.
