The staff was brilliant, very helpful and flexible about all extra requirements (e.g. exchanging our half-board dinner to lunch with same day notice). The hotel is quite modern and clean. All amenities great. The food was fine, not great but ok. Compared to many other places around the same area Nissiana offers way more than you pay for. And lets not forget the location.....Nissi beach is just breathtaking 2 mins of walk from the hotel and you are there. Well worth the money!

Amazing experience at this hotel. The people working here are very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The lobby is relaxing. The poll and bar area are great as expected. The other facilities of the hotel are great. The room it self was clean as expenced from a 4 stars hotel. Daily cleaning. The a/c was strong. Beds very comfortable.

Perfect hotel, very friendly stuff, very clean... we enjoyed our vacation, this is our second time in Nicholas color hotel, they left us a sweet gift for our second visit, it was my husband's name day and I asked him for help to "surprise" him, and at lunch time they put happy birthday song and a sweet small cake was very very very sweet touch from the stuff... will visit again and again and again every time we can.. great value for the money, highly recommended

Great location for beaches, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Clean, comfortable and spacious room with great facilities. Amazing shower, plenty of towels. Air con was fab. Staff were helpful and friendly, in particular Natalia who helped us check in.

The hotel facilities were amazing! The swimming pool is great and what I liked the most is the cleanliness across all areas. The staff was polite and helpful. Almost every evening, the hotel organized small entertaining events, which I found quite enjoyable.

They had everything you need: 3 swimming pools: 1 for kids, 1 of 1.3 m and the big one. They have pool, ping pong, free wi fi that actually works well, regarding the number of the tourists booked, they have a game room, ironing room that was very usefull, the location is like 10 minutes away from the center, bus station in front of the hotel, beach at a 3 min walk, every day cleaning and changing towels + soap, shower gel and shampoo. They also have a gym. And for all of the above there is no extra charge. (I mention that we only had the breakfast included, not all inclusive).

Really nice hotel, good location, two minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes walking distance from center. Bus stop for public buses is close to the hotel. Helpful staff. Check in/out was quick, we got quite and spacious room.

This is an exceptional hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good with a good variety of foods. The pool area was also very good with ample sunbeds. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk from the reception.
