Interesting review:
The Hotel is located in a central location right next to a large and green park. The city centre is about 15 min by walk. The staff is exceeds any expectations, since the seem to what you might wish next. The weather conditions are calculated before making any proposals of what to do in the city, where to dine and what to see. We were surprised to find beautiful gifts from the staff for our daughter. The advise to visit a museum and the coordination of how it was done were out of this world. Our car was taken care of. The difficulties to find a parking slot for a boat trip were solved by the concierge at a blink of an eye. The food was amazing despite us being vegetarians (usually difficult). We stayed only for a week, but it felt like a month of holidays.

Lux hotel with superb customer service! One of best bars in Riga, exceptional cocktails & barmen! Cozy atmosphere here! The location is quite and in the old town, just simply great. The room was beautiful and spacious. The reception personel provided me lot’s of tips what I can do while staying in Riga. Will come back!

The hotel looks beautiful, everything looks new and fresh and is very tastefully designed. The hotel was also very clean. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the smell of the hotel hair&body shampoo :D Unfortunately we didn't get to use the spa because of the covid pandemic. We travelled with friends and were placed close to each other and we even had a door connecting our rooms, so we didn't have to go to the hallway. Staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, to say the least. The room was clean, had plenty of space, and was cozy. The location could not be any better - it is located in the old town of Riga. Included breakfast was decent and even had a few gluten-free options.
