The Fairmont is exactly where you need to stay in Monaco. Close to the port, shops, and restaurants, and honestly, there is no need to leave the hotel due to having great restaurants there and the rooftop pool is fantastic. Great views all around and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Monaco for any reason, especially the Grand Prix.

Fantastic, historic hotel with a great location! We’ve never met more service minded people than at our stay at the Metropole. The rooms are old but very clean and luxurious. The breakfast was definitely the best hotel breakfast we ever have had. Make sure to spend some hours at the amazing pool designed by Karl Lagerfeld.

We got a deluxe room with terrace. On arrival we requested a room high up with a really nice view. The view was incredible and well worth the price. The actual room itself was incredibly spacious and clean and service at the hotel was impeccable (concierge included). The swimming pool was communal and shared with neighbouring apartments so don’t go there just for swimming. Location was good as there was public transport access connecting hotel and centre/station however if you want to stay near centre dont book this hotel as the walk was around 40 mins but a quick 10 min bus journey regardless. 10/10 world class hotel would recommend!
