The location is super. only 5 min walk from train station and 20 min walk to the old city. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our train was delayed, so we arrived quite late at the hotel. But they were still waiting for us to check in.

Staying at H15 made our visit to Krakow even nicer! Room was super spacious and nicely decorated (bathroom was to live in for life) and personnel was so warm and welcoming and helpful. Throughout the day it was quiet and peaceful and location was super great (less than 5 minutes walk to the main square). Felt like home. Everything was perfect! it was hard to say goodbye…

Recommended! The location is perfect (walking tours meet right outside), it’s really easy to get to everywhere and the staff were friendly. We booked our tours through the hotel too which were good as we were picked up and dropped off there.
