My stay at Aparthotel Best Views hotel was excellent. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with a smile by the amazing receptionist named Bartek who really helped us in our travel and provided the best customer service I've seen so far. The hotel's location was central and seeing the nearby points of interest was very easy. The room was and remained clean by the amazing staff that work there. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone that would like to visit Krakow.

It was our first time in Kraków and we couldn't have asked for better accommodation. The apartment was close to all the transportation. We could practically walk to the old town and we also had everything we needed in the area such as shops, bakeries or cafes. The apartment itself is beautiful and deceptively warm once we got the heating going. The host was very easy to talk to and very accommodating. He was very flexible about the check-in and have worked around our schedule.

The location of the Aparthotel was perfect for the old town. The room was well decorated, clean and fully equipped. I would ighly recommend this accommodation and would stay again if I came back to Krakow.
