It was in a lovely location, only about 15 mins walk from the square. We were upgraded to a luxury apartment at no extra charge due to an issue with our apartment - I was contacted before we arrived to let me know there was an issue and the staff had already sorted me one of the luxury ones. Really happy with the service, and the place was amazing! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Couldn't be happier.

Hotel is in a superb location, opposite Wawvel Castle and only 10mins away by walk from the Main Market Square. Breakfast and food at the hotel is very good. Hotel is well kept and rooms are very clean.

The location is super. only 5 min walk from train station and 20 min walk to the old city. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our train was delayed, so we arrived quite late at the hotel. But they were still waiting for us to check in.

The hotel is located very conveniently, there is a tram stop just in front of the building so it is very easy to get to the city center. The hotel is extremely clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious, the food is very fresh and tasty, I liked the variety of food, however the coffee could be better. All in all, I highly recommend it and I am sure I will stay there again whenever in Krakow.
