Staying at H15 made our visit to Krakow even nicer! Room was super spacious and nicely decorated (bathroom was to live in for life) and personnel was so warm and welcoming and helpful. Throughout the day it was quiet and peaceful and location was super great (less than 5 minutes walk to the main square). Felt like home. Everything was perfect! it was hard to say goodbye…

Comfortable bed, lovely Farmona cosmetics, delicious breakfast and helpful staff. There is a variety of beautifully scented Farmona cosmetics to sample and buy at attractive prices. Despite the evening events taking place on site, it was quiet and we had a good rest.

I was welcomed by Justyna when I arrived, she handed me the keys and also gave me a map with her recommendations for restaurants and breakfast options in the area. The apartment is quiet and perfectly located between the jewish neighborhood Kazimierz and the old town, so I could do all the sightseeing by foot. My room was very comfortable, warm and cozy. It was by far the best stay I had during my 10 days of travelling in Poland. I would definitely recommend Ruumz and I would also stay there again when I'm around. Thank you, for making me feel welcome!
