Starting from the reception, even before our arrival to the hotel, the personnel was always polite, helpful and very professional. The room was extremely comfortable, cozy and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The location is the best, in a neighborhood full of good taste and close to the best restaurants and bars. The wellness area is even better than we imagined. For sure we will stay here again if we return to the city.

The spa was convenient and well priced. The location is superb. The staff was exceptional. The bar/restaurant was well attended, good food, great customer service. The tours from the hotel was an unexpected added bonus. I would recommend to all my friends and family. The service I received was unmatched to any hotel I have visited.
