Starting from the reception, even before our arrival to the hotel, the personnel was always polite, helpful and very professional. The room was extremely comfortable, cozy and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The location is the best, in a neighborhood full of good taste and close to the best restaurants and bars. The wellness area is even better than we imagined. For sure we will stay here again if we return to the city.

Location delightful . It was on a quiet street and very restful. Easy walking distance from restaurants, cafes, Christmas Markets and shopping. Only had breakfast one morning as wanted to experience other eateries. However breakfast in hotel was excellent, options numerous, and great value for money. Complimentary tea and coffee making facility in lobby appreciated. Room clean, modern and pleasant. Staff friendly and helpful.

Very nice and comfortable hotel with very nice and communicative staff. Quiet and clean room, delicious breakfast with a large selection. Convenient location for those arriving by train, very close to the main station. We arrived relatively late, which was not a problem at all, we needed an earlier breakfast twice due to the planned journey by early trains and it was also not a problem for the staff. I would like to use the hotel for accommodation next time as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! It was my second time in this hotel, and again: Traffic Hotel is the best choice for the moderate money! Location on Swidnicka street - 3 minutes walk to Rynek; clean and tidy inside; all equipment looks new; comfortable rooms; and last but not least - neatly bar with wodka 24 hours a day!

From the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff to the room and location couldn't have been better. The hotel seems very new and has been very nicely finished. The rooms are lift accessible via wide corridors. My room was huge with a very decent size, well appointed, "wet-room" bathroom. The bed was nice and comfortable and with the windows closed silent. There was the usual hotel tv which I did not use but I'm sure it was fine, a desk, stools and sizeable wardrobe. Having a few favourite breakfast places in Wroclaw I didn't book for breakfast in the hotel but it looked popular. The location, just off the main square is perfect and the tram system will get you most places from nearby stops.

A very pleasant room - spacious and bright, with a big bathroom with a shower and bathtub. All very clean and in excellent condition. Very nice and helpful staff, even past 1am :). Prime location near the Old Town. Underground garage with lift directly to the floor of the room. Really excellent value for money.
