The guest house is really lovely! The location is good. The river Chemal flows nearby, the noise of which you want to listen to endlessly) All the attractions of Chemal are within walking distance. Delicious food in the cafe. Cozy and well-groomed area, you can see what they did with love) The room we took was Standard. Small, but with all the amenities. Clean bathroom, there were no problems with hot water. Cleaning every 3-5 days or on request, but we didn't need it.

Our journey across Altai began from this hotel! Thanks for the great service to all the staff. Our rooms with display windows overlook the beautiful KATUN river !!! Delicious home-style breakfasts. You can even order lunch and dinner. There is an indoor pool on the territory of the hotel, but it was not possible to use it - the water is cold, only after the bath is good. The area is well-groomed, coniferous trees, descent to the beach. The room is spacious, cleaning is at your request. We are very glad that we stayed at this hotel.

This was just a perfect stay, we loved it all! We visited in winter and the park was so beautiful and covered in snow. Our apartment was amazing with large windows overseeing the forest and river. As you are in Russia, of cause you will not get the boring food as normal hotels have. Here everything is homemade. If you go for lunch and dinner, you have to preorder from fresh choices, that change every day. That guarantees fresh food and avoids to waste food that is not needed. Try the homemade beer!!! In conclusion: it’s worth every euro and you will feel really relaxed afterwards. To get there, you should rent a car. You can rent in Novosibirsk at international chains like AVIS. Very recommended.

Prompt solution of issues! The hotel staff really cares about the guests' rest and is attentive to all requests! Very beautiful and multifunctional area (gazebos, sports ground, terrace, parking, barbecue, + sauna, billiards and a whole kitchen for guests!)! A restaurant with a delicious menu! Library (however, it was not possible to spend much time in it).

Excellent wooden houses, they smell like wood, it makes it more pleasant to be in it, there are heaters everywhere, friendly and customer-oriented administrators. We first booked a hunter's house, but when we arrived we saw that another house was free, we agreed on the spot on the surcharge and moved to another house, separate from everyone. After a day, it was clear that it was not comfortable to sleep on the couch, and the next day, after talking with the administrators, we moved to where the bed was. There were no problems at all, tk. the houses were mostly empty, the season was over. Thank you very much for your smiles, friendliness and customer focus.
