Amazing staff! The girl is polite, attentive, remembered our request for an early breakfast (booked 3 months ago). We made breakfast to go, even at the last second, a taxi had already arrived, they brought us scrambled eggs, as we wanted! All breakfast wishes were fulfilled. The room is incredibly clean. The maid is polite, pleasant, brought extra blankets and extra water, at our request. Beautiful design both in the hotel and in the room, everything is very neat and tasteful. Great hotel, great service, thank you!)

We were passing through one day in Biysk. Rented a room in the SV-hotel. To be honest, we were pleasantly surprised by the level of the hotel! The administrator Irina met us, showed us everything, explained and immediately clarified about breakfast, whether we would eat in the morning and at what time. By the way, the breakfast is huge, my husband did it, but I could not handle it, there was so much of everything)))) The room is large, clean, with a good double bed, large plasma TV, kettle, refrigerator, hairdryer. And there were even bathrobes))). And the most interesting thing in this hotel is a hammam bath with a swimming pool and a huge relaxation room, it's just a delight))). If you are in this city, be sure to visit, you will not regret it. I recommend the hotel to everyone!

You can enjoy Russian sauna (Banja), enjoy the wild Bija river and explore the beautiful Teletskoe Lake. Don’t forget to try the restaurant. Real Russian Breakfast- Blinis, Kascha, Chai included. As you are in Russia, of cause you will not get the boring food as normal hotels have. Here everything is homemade. If you go for lunch and dinner, you have to preorder from fresh choices, that change every day. That guarantees fresh food and avoids to waste food that is not needed. Try the homemade beer!!! In conclusion: it’s worth every euro and you will feel really relaxed afterwards. To get there, you should rent a car. You can rent in Novosibirsk at international chains like AVIS. Very recommended.
