    A stunning recreation center! The nature and comfort with any difficulties are quickly assisted by the staff. This is our third time and will definitely come again! The water bath is just wonderful. Don't forget your sauna caps and your own tea and kettle. The houses are great. Everything is very well thought out. There is a stove and a microwave oven, all the necessary utensils, a barbecue with all accessories.     A wonderful house, which is pleasant to be in and does not want to go anywhere. Clean, comfortable, everything is thought out for a comfortable stay, there is a full arsenal of all kinds of things for everyday life, starting from dishes (yes, they brought up glasses, you can no longer ask about their availability), nets for barbecue, water, ending with spices, tea, foil, bags, slippers, a minijack adapter to turn on music directly from the phone, even alcohol was!) ... karaoke, billiards, a swimming pool and a sauna above all praise - this was exactly what we had been missing for a long time. Everything is easy and convenient to set up and use. Light music creates a magical atmosphere. You want to come to such a house and live, and not just come for the weekend. This is not a grandmother's house in the village, but a real modern comfortable hotel in the form of a house. The hostess kindly agreed to extend the check-out time without additional payment, it helped a lot, since I didn't want to leave, and we woke up calmly in the morning, had time to fry the second batch of kebabs, eat, clean up and hang out a little more before leaving. It is a pity that it was impossible to come with the dog, but there would be so much wool left of ours that it would be necessary to clean up for a couple of days, and to keep order and cleanliness without animals is easier. This house is a pearl among the options near Moscow, you must take it without hesitation) thank you very much for a wonderful vacation!

    Just a great clean and comfortable room, everything is there (sea cottage, room 146). Close to the sea and the main restaurant and the pool, etc. The staff are all young, but very polite and helpful. I can't appreciate the animation, maybe they didn't take part in it at all. The beach is excellent: there are sun loungers and under umbrellas and in constant shade and places where you can sunbathe in privacy. The territory is green, well-groomed, we have a view of the pine trees and mountains from the terrace.

    Staff was very friendly. Rooms are clean. Stayed for two nights. Room got cleaned and bed made. Not usual for 2* category hotel. They have a secure parking place, where I could park my motorcycle for like 0,8$/day. The area is very nice with cafés, restaurants, pedestrian zone, museums and parks. Beach is about 20 minutes on foot. In my opinion excellent price-performance ratio.

    If you want a quality rest, then you are in Igor! We arrived at a cozy, warm, modern house, I didn't want to leave! We settled in ahead of time and at no extra charge))) received a delicious compliment from the hotel for our birthday))). The cottages are located in a picturesque place, around the pine trees, a very well-groomed area, it snowed at night and it felt like a fairy tale))). The house has everything from dishes, capsules and tea bags, charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace. Very cozy, on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, underfloor heating, the sauna is lovely, warmed up quickly. SPA area by appointment and once a day free of charge. Shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste (which has not been found in hotels for a long time). Earlier, in the last century, this hotel would have been awarded the “Quality Mark”, it is so good! Thanks for your hospitality!

On the second floor there is a double bed (comfortable mattress) and a folding bed, on the first floor there is a folding sofa (very hard) in the closet there are pillows and blankets for every taste (enough for everyone) Bed linen and towels are very clean The room leaves a feeling of new, steps to the second floor are laid rugs, plastic windows with sound insulation The room has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave. There is all the utensils, even a corkscrew and skewers. On the street there is a playground with comfortable barbecues, coal is sold on the spot. The apartments are very comfortable. Large kitchen, comfortable bedroom. There is everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, tea, coffee, a large bottle of water, shampoo.     Celebrated in this wonderful place wedding anniversary and birthday, gathered a large company of 11 people. Everything was excellent, the house was huge, there was enough space for everyone, they were comfortably accommodated. The house has everything you need and even more. The houses are located at a great distance from each other, so no one bothered anyone (and we are a noisy company)) I was impressed by the territory, such an interesting layout of the site and that it is probably not found anywhere else! The bath is gorgeous, it's not even a bath, but a whole spa complex with a plunge pool and a view through the panoramic windows of the lake. The friendly and hospitable hosts Dmitry and Victor responded to any of our requests. You can also order tasty farm products at reasonable prices from them (you will lick your fingers from Adyghe cheese). I was glad that the road to the estate is good, there is asphalt everywhere. The territory of the base is perfectly equipped for all types of outdoor activities, we managed to ride tubing, dog sledding (huskies are just wonderful!) I was glad that everything in the house is thought out to the smallest detail and everything you need is at hand. We didn’t need anything, the house is fully equipped with everything we need.     Liked everything. Home is space. The place is cozy and quiet. There is a rustle of birches from the window, and in the morning you can drink coffee on the terrace while everyone is asleep.
