Excellent hotel. Indeed, as the name suggests: suite. Huge rooms, where everything from bathrobes and slippers to toothpaste is provided. We travel a lot and have been to almost 60 countries, but rarely have we met such comfort, although we usually stay in top-class hotels. Well, compared to hotels in Western Europe, the price for such a room was ridiculous. Similar numbers in Europe do not cost less than 500 euros per day. In addition, there was a great pool with very warm water. We are glad that we have chosen this hotel. It is not near the center, but taxis are very cheap. And if it were completely in the center, I think the price would be several times higher.

Everything is fine, a quiet, calm place, the staff is perfectly trained, polite waiters, delicious cuisine, a large area for walking. The room was overlooking the canal, everything was cleaned up. Nice spa complex. I advise everyone to visit this place.

A wonderful room, the whole complex is very nicely done. A real English manor, like the scenery for Jane Austen. Loved the breakfast, amazing cheese cakes! They cleaned the room very well, changed our bed every day. The room had a shoebrush with cream and similar pleasant little things, it was comfortable to live, beautiful territory) Definitely, if I am still in the city, I will stay here.

Med sin strategiske plassering mitt i byen kan dette hotellet varmest anbefales! Både Domkirken og en rekke andre severdigheter ligger i gåavstand og en koselig bryggepromenade med restauranter og butikker finner man rett foran hotellvinduet sitt. En god frokost , en koselig SPA - avdeling med 3 ulike saunaer og basseng med boblevann og især hotellets meget vennlige personell (både i resepsjonen, SPA-avdelingen og restauranten) kan godt bidra til at man igjen uten å nøle bestiller rom på Kaiserhof til neste opphold i Kaliningrad.

The hotel exceeds all expectations. Initially, I chose for the price and proximity to the center and the zoo (10 minutes walk to the zoo, 30 minutes walk to the center). But it turned out that traveling by public transport is faster and more comfortable. And by the way, the tram stop number 5 was right behind the hotel. The breakfast is great! I don't remember exactly what they wrote about its format on the website - in fact, it turned out to be a buffet. Not the most varied, but the breakfast is filling every time. I think everyone will find something tasty for themselves. The service is great. Bed linen was changed every day and water was put in the room free of charge. In addition, in the room itself (double with one bed) there was a refrigerator, a kettle and a TV (smart, so if you get bored with clicking channels, you can always open YouTube or Netflix.

Nice apartment in the very center of the city. Convenient access to all attractions, all within walking distance. To the island of Kant 15 minutes on foot, and to other iconic places 10-20 minutes. Nearby there is a bus stop from / to the airport, and a bus stop to Zelenogradsk and Svetlogorsk. The apartments are very comfortable. Large kitchen, comfortable bedroom. There is everything you need: slippers, bathrobes, tea, coffee, a large bottle of water, shampoo. Super fast wifi and great view from the windows - the city at a glance.

Loved the location of the hotel. Within walking distance of the island of Kant and the Fishing Village, 30 minutes at a leisurely pace along the river embankment or along Moskovsky Prospekt. The hotel room went to building 1 on the first floor. It was quiet despite the New Year's holidays. Daily room cleaning. Change of towels. At the reception there was an ironing board and a microwave oven (all of a sudden, these options are important to someone). There is a supermarket (Spar) and a cafe 5 minutes from the hotel. A taxi from the hotel to Khrabrovo airport is 30 minutes for 600 rubles. On our next visit, we will opt for the River Side Hotel.

I liked everything, and delivery of food to the room within half an hour, and breakfast, and even sleep with an open window. The room is cozy and clean. A bathrobe, slippers and a personal hygiene kit for the forgetful tourist have confirmed four stars to the hotel. In short, we will definitely come back!
