Excellent, we can safely recommend it. The location is convenient, close to the center, but not in the anthill itself. We settled in ahead of time, but arrived. The room has a small refrigerator, kettle, tea, water. The view from the room was on the ponds, it was beautiful, but it was noisy when the windows were open. they walk there until late, and at night too. The next time I would have preferred a less beautiful, but quieter view. The breakfast is excellent. Overall, the quality beats the price. I didn't regret choosing this hotel.

Oberteich is a very welcoming hotel by the lake. A great option for couples and families. Liked: + Beautiful villa with a garden located by the lake. As if created for morning or evening walks along the embankment. + Friendly and helpful staff. + Large area of the room, chic balcony-attic. There was a safe, refrigerator, TV, dressing table and, in addition to the bed, several sofas, armchairs and an ottoman. The level of comfort is high. + Clean and spacious bathroom. Change of towels and cosmetics every day. + Delicious breakfasts, you can eat very densely.

Everything is fine, a quiet, calm place, the staff is perfectly trained, polite waiters, delicious cuisine, a large area for walking. The room was overlooking the canal, everything was cleaned up. Nice spa complex. I advise everyone to visit this place.

Loved the location of the hotel. Within walking distance of the island of Kant and the Fishing Village, 30 minutes at a leisurely pace along the river embankment or along Moskovsky Prospekt. The hotel room went to building 1 on the first floor. It was quiet despite the New Year's holidays. Daily room cleaning. Change of towels. At the reception there was an ironing board and a microwave oven (all of a sudden, these options are important to someone). There is a supermarket (Spar) and a cafe 5 minutes from the hotel. A taxi from the hotel to Khrabrovo airport is 30 minutes for 600 rubles. On our next visit, we will opt for the River Side Hotel.

Excellent hotel. Indeed, as the name suggests: suite. Huge rooms, where everything from bathrobes and slippers to toothpaste is provided. We travel a lot and have been to almost 60 countries, but rarely have we met such comfort, although we usually stay in top-class hotels. Well, compared to hotels in Western Europe, the price for such a room was ridiculous. Similar numbers in Europe do not cost less than 500 euros per day. In addition, there was a great pool with very warm water. We are glad that we have chosen this hotel. It is not near the center, but taxis are very cheap. And if it were completely in the center, I think the price would be several times higher.

Med sin strategiske plassering mitt i byen kan dette hotellet varmest anbefales! Både Domkirken og en rekke andre severdigheter ligger i gåavstand og en koselig bryggepromenade med restauranter og butikker finner man rett foran hotellvinduet sitt. En god frokost , en koselig SPA - avdeling med 3 ulike saunaer og basseng med boblevann og især hotellets meget vennlige personell (både i resepsjonen, SPA-avdelingen og restauranten) kan godt bidra til at man igjen uten å nøle bestiller rom på Kaiserhof til neste opphold i Kaliningrad.

Geographically, the hotel is in the best location. Not big and very cozy. There is everything you need. Personnel is a separate issue. Everyone is very polite, friendly and always ready to help. We liked the breakfasts very much. They always left well-fed and satisfied, you can take with you to your room. I am a lover of coffee and juice in the morning, and every tomorrow I am pleased with the enviable consistency of delicious coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Charge for the whole day. The room was overlooking the island of Kant. I will recommend it, because quiet side and great views, at any time of the day.

The stay at this hotel, which is located on a picturesque riverbank, surpassed all expectations! The room is clean, fresh and comfortable, and the air conditioner saved from the 30-degree heat at the end of July.
