The hotel is fresh, well planned, and has a swimming pool which is popular with families with children. The staff are attentive and do their job very well. The girls at the reception are friendly, help tourists navigate on the spot, are happy to share information about the place of rest. The rooms are beautifully and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, including little things, such as slippers, all kinds of towels, toiletries, etc. ... The hotel is clean, always. The halls have air-conditioned cool air, with a cooler with chilled water.

Hair dryer, gel shampoo odnor. there is. Great view from the balcony. There is a kettle, refrigerator, TV in the room. A wonderful territory, gazebos with barbecue, a place for children to play, a pool, a pond, beautiful flowers around, everything is cozy and well-groomed. The sea is near, walk for 2-3 minutes. Just a great clean and comfortable room, everything is there (sea cottage, room 146). Close to the sea and the main restaurant and the pool, etc. The staff are all young, but very polite and helpful. I can't appreciate the animation, maybe they didn't take part in it at all. The beach is excellent: there are sun loungers and under umbrellas and in constant shade and places where you can sunbathe in privacy. The territory is green, well-groomed, we have a view of the pine trees and mountains from the terrace.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, the staff is polite, friendly, but not intrusive. Air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hairdryer are available and work great. There are three steps to the beach, next to a cafe, an amusement park, a dolphinarium - a great place for families with children.

Luxurious large well-groomed area, two swimming pools, heated for children. Very pleasant receptionists at the reception and in the dining room. A beautiful lake with ducks, geese and a swan. The room has everything you need, at the reception they issue towels for the pool. Comfortable mattresses and pillows, crisp white linens. We enjoyed it, we will definitely come back again.

Friendly and helpful staff, warm hosts. To the sea 5 minutes, the nearby railway with passing trains does not interfere at all. The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. There are all conditions, everything works. We had a rest with children, for children the hotel provides a playground in the courtyard and a playroom on the second floor. Daughter 2.5 years old, it was difficult to get her out of the hotel by the sea! The food at the hotel is very tasty, the chef cooks with all the heart, for which special thanks to her! Thank you so much, we will come again.

Excellent hotel. The location is very convenient: a 2-minute walk from the railway station, 5 minutes to the beach. Also within walking distance of Magnet (2 minutes walk from the hotel) and the Turquoise shopping center. If it's not a problem to walk, then it is still convenient to walk to Svirsky beach - there the prices for sun loungers are lower and there are fewer people than in the center. Also, the descent to the beach is equipped for people with disabilities - there is a ramp. The hotel is clean and beautiful.
