Tammiko is simply created for a secluded holiday away from people and city noise. Beautiful and very cozy, the house is surrounded by a pine forest, where only the trills of birds can disturb your peace. A new, perfectly clean house, which provides absolutely everything that one could wish for on vacation. Prepare food - tea, coffee, spices, butter, etc. at your disposal. I wanted romance - whole sets of candles to create an atmosphere. Watch movies - whatever you like, because both ivi and okko are connected to the TV. Large terrace with cozy furniture. Nice grill and everything you need to cook food on the fire. The bay is about 1.5 km on foot. There is also a rope park. And, of course, I would like to note the wonderful hosts. Victor sent all the necessary information and detailed instructions on the route in advance (although Yandex.Navigator will lead you clearly to the goal if you just enter Tammiko) and was in touch throughout our stay. Daria met us upon arrival (which the guys agreed without any problems before the announced date), showed and told us everything. We spent an unforgettable vacation at Tammiko and will definitely come here again!

Celebrated in this wonderful place wedding anniversary and birthday, gathered a large company of 11 people. Everything was excellent, the house was huge, there was enough space for everyone, they were comfortably accommodated. The house has everything you need and even more. The houses are located at a great distance from each other, so no one bothered anyone (and we are a noisy company)) I was impressed by the territory, such an interesting layout of the site and that it is probably not found anywhere else! The bath is gorgeous, it's not even a bath, but a whole spa complex with a plunge pool and a view through the panoramic windows of the lake. The friendly and hospitable hosts Dmitry and Victor responded to any of our requests. You can also order tasty farm products at reasonable prices from them (you will lick your fingers from Adyghe cheese). I was glad that the road to the estate is good, there is asphalt everywhere. You can sing the odes for a long time, but it's better to make sure for yourself that the place is worth your money) Thank you for your hospitality!

If you want a quality rest, then you are in Igor! We arrived at a cozy, warm, modern house, I didn't want to leave! We settled in ahead of time and at no extra charge))) received a delicious compliment from the hotel for our birthday))). The cottages are located in a picturesque place, around the pine trees, a very well-groomed area, it snowed at night and it felt like a fairy tale))). The house has everything from dishes, capsules and tea bags, charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace. Very cozy, on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, underfloor heating, the sauna is lovely, warmed up quickly. SPA area by appointment and once a day free of charge. Shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste (which has not been found in hotels for a long time). Earlier, in the last century, this hotel would have been awarded the “Quality Mark”, it is so good! Thanks for your hospitality!

In addition, there are many ways to keep children busy, active animators, delicious breakfasts. A lot of amenities are included in the price. When I booked, I did not even delve into it, and after arrival I realized that half of my things could not be taken with me. Houses are far enough away, neighbors do not interfere with each other. The value for money is the best of all out-of-town vacation spots that we have tried in this direction.

A 10-minute drive away there is the village of Melnikovo with Pyaterochka - if something is over, you can always go and buy it. Exit to the picturesque lake, you can go boating. The house is warm (for autumn), warm floor, heaters, stove. Normal, unused beds. Good administrator. Getting there is very easy, there is nothing to go from the highway. We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

The hotel is located in a pine forest and it was just great! Breakfasts are beyond praise. The room was very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day, although there was an announcement in the room that if you did not put them on the floor, then they did not need to be changed. The staff at the spa was very polite and provided complete information. The saunas are cool, the recreation area is spacious. An excellent place for families with children, many playgrounds, a children's center. I liked everything. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is very pleased with the food. Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived. The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice: an omelet is prepared in front of you, a very tasty cottage cheese casserole, sausages, cold cuts, fruits and even champagne. My spouse had a birthday, we were given a compliment in the form of a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a discount was also provided in the restaurant.
