    Own territory, parking at the house, gazebo with barbecue and wood-burning oven, playground, there is a mini zoo: sheep, rabbits, raccoons. Yes, local animals are just lovely, well-groomed and very open to people (raccoons and rabbits are just love!). A 10-minute drive away there is the village of Melnikovo with Pyaterochka - if something is over, you can always go and buy it. Exit to the picturesque lake, you can go boating. The house is warm (for autumn), warm floor, heaters, stove. Normal, unused beds. Good administrator. Getting there is very easy, there is nothing to go from the highway.     Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

    If you want a quality rest, then you are in Igor! We arrived at a cozy, warm, modern house, I didn't want to leave! We settled in ahead of time and at no extra charge))) received a delicious compliment from the hotel for our birthday))). The cottages are located in a picturesque place, around the pine trees, a very well-groomed area, it snowed at night and it felt like a fairy tale))). The house has everything from dishes, capsules and tea bags, charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace. Very cozy, on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, underfloor heating, the sauna is lovely, warmed up quickly. SPA area by appointment and once a day free of charge. Shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste (which has not been found in hotels for a long time). Earlier, in the last century, this hotel would have been awarded the “Quality Mark”, it is so good! Thanks for your hospitality!

    The house is new, it smells like wood. It was clean. Heating from a double-circuit boiler, it works well, there is hot water. Lots of dishes, kettle, microwave oven, barbecue outside. The entrance is convenient, there are signs. At the reception you can buy honey from the apiary, very tasty. Excellent recreation center. The price list for additional services (boat rental, breakfasts, accessories for cooking on the grill) pleasantly pleased. The administration is just top) very kind and human attitude. Very clean, the staff looks after it in the morning.

    The breakfasts are good. As they say there is champagne :)) the view from the windows is cool. I don't know about summer, but now it's just perfect when the windows are on the floor. In the room (2 adults and 2 children lived in an apartment) from these windows it seems that there is a lot of air. The restaurant also has coloring books with pencils for children and toys, which is also very important for families with children. Very good and delicious breakfast. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. The spa area is excellent. The staff are great. We had a wonderful rest. We will come again!

    Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived. The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice: an omelet is prepared in front of you, a very tasty cottage cheese casserole, sausages, cold cuts, fruits and even champagne. My spouse had a birthday, we were given a compliment in the form of a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a discount was also provided in the restaurant. All kinds of activities for outdoor activities !! Champagne for breakfast pleased. Moreschal restaurant made a good impression. I recommend the cloudberry cheese dessert. Good selection of alcohol. I drank Calvados. A glass of aquavit is brought to the ear)

    The hotel is located in a pine forest and it was just great! Breakfasts are beyond praise. The room was very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day, although there was an announcement in the room that if you did not put them on the floor, then they did not need to be changed. The staff at the spa was very polite and provided complete information. The saunas are cool, the recreation area is spacious. An excellent place for families with children, many playgrounds, a children's center. I liked everything. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is very pleased with the food. Liked the attitude and service. We arrived an hour earlier - we were immediately settled.
