    Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! Very cozy interior and extremely helpful staff! Stayed here for a week in mid November and therefore ended up being the only guests. We were greeted warmly and ensured a comfortable stay. We passed the evening successfully in the billiard room. At night, they fell asleep under the cozy sound of rain on the roof. Breakfast is worth a special mention! Plentiful and delicious! During the day we wandered around the territory of "Pikhtovoy", enjoyed the views and took many beautiful photographs with freshly fallen snow.

    A very beautiful, cozy, atmospheric place. Beautiful houses, well-groomed landscaped area in the old Russian style. We considered this place purely as a staging post on the way to the Vepsian forest, but everything turned out to be so beautiful here that we decided to stay. In general, everything is fine here in general (wonderful clean, cozy warm spacious accommodation with a sauna, an excellent restaurant [menu and breakfasts], a magical forest, service), but I would like to express my special gratitude to all the staff in general and Galina in particular (thanks for the wonderful walking routes along surroundings!)

    For the money paid, just a great option! Stayed in a suite. This is one of four two-story rooms, combined into one house. Loved the lake view veranda! On the second floor there is a double bed (comfortable mattress) and a folding bed, on the first floor there is a folding sofa (very hard) in the closet there are pillows and blankets for every taste (enough for everyone) Bed linen and towels are very clean The room leaves a feeling of new, steps to the second floor are laid rugs, plastic windows with sound insulation The room has a refrigerator, kettle and microwave. There is all the utensils, even a corkscrew and skewers. On the street there is a playground with comfortable barbecues, coal is sold on the spot. You can take a boat for an hour 200 rubles, for a day 600 rubles. There is a bathhouse.     We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

    Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived. The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice: an omelet is prepared in front of you, a very tasty cottage cheese casserole, sausages, cold cuts, fruits and even champagne. My spouse had a birthday, we were given a compliment in the form of a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a discount was also provided in the restaurant. The room was very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day, although there was an announcement in the room that if you did not put them on the floor, then they did not need to be changed.     Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

Beautiful and very cozy, the house is surrounded by a pine forest, where only the trills of birds can disturb your peace. A new, perfectly clean house, which provides absolutely everything that one could wish for on vacation. Prepare food - tea, coffee, spices, butter, etc. at your disposal. I wanted romance - whole sets of candles to create an atmosphere. Watch movies - whatever you like, because both ivi and okko are connected to the TV. Large terrace with cozy furniture. Nice grill and everything you need to cook food on the fire. The bay is about 1.5 km on foot. There is also a rope park. And, of course, I would like to note the wonderful hosts. Victor sent all the necessary information and detailed instructions on the route in advance (although Yandex.Navigator will lead you clearly to the goal if you just enter Tammiko) and was in touch throughout our stay. Daria met us upon arrival (which the guys agreed without any problems before the announced date), showed and told us everything.     I liked the location, a large vacant cottage, a very warm house. There is a lake nearby. Russian sauna on the wood in the yard. There is a large table both on the open veranda and inside the house. The bath is gorgeous, they allow you to heat yourself, without limiting in degrees!     Celebrated in this wonderful place wedding anniversary and birthday, gathered a large company of 11 people. Everything was excellent, the house was huge, there was enough space for everyone, they were comfortably accommodated. The house has everything you need and even more. The houses are located at a great distance from each other, so no one bothered anyone (and we are a noisy company)) I was impressed by the territory, such an interesting layout of the site and that it is probably not found anywhere else! The bath is gorgeous, it's not even a bath, but a whole spa complex with a plunge pool and a view through the panoramic windows of the lake. The friendly and hospitable hosts Dmitry and Victor responded to any of our requests. You can also order tasty farm products at reasonable prices from them (you will lick your fingers from Adyghe cheese). I was glad that the road to the estate is good, there is asphalt everywhere. You can sing the odes for a long time, but it's better to make sure for yourself that the place is worth your money) Thank you for your hospitality!

    The breakfasts are good. As they say there is champagne :)) the view from the windows is cool. I don't know about summer, but now it's just perfect when the windows are on the floor. In the room (2 adults and 2 children lived in an apartment) from these windows it seems that there is a lot of air. The restaurant also has coloring books with pencils for children and toys, which is also very important for families with children. Very good and delicious breakfast. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. The spa area is excellent. The staff are great. We had a wonderful rest. We will come again!
