    The house is new, it smells like wood. It was clean. Heating from a double-circuit boiler, it works well, there is hot water. Lots of dishes, kettle, microwave oven, barbecue outside. The entrance is convenient, there are signs. At the reception you can buy honey from the apiary, very tasty. Excellent recreation center. The price list for additional services (boat rental, breakfasts, accessories for cooking on the grill) pleasantly pleased. The administration is just top) very kind and human attitude. Very clean, the staff looks after it in the morning.

    Varshavsky is located near the park and the pedestrian street. An ideal place to stay for one or more nights. The room has everything you need and even more. Clean, cozy, comfortable! Soundproofing is excellent. On our arrival, all the rooms in the hotel were sold out, but the feeling was that we were alone in the hotel. The main attractions are 10 minutes away, there are many shops nearby. The area is quiet and green. Definitely ten! Thanks to the staff!

    We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

    A very beautiful, cozy, atmospheric place. Beautiful houses, well-groomed landscaped area in the old Russian style. We considered this place purely as a staging post on the way to the Vepsian forest, but everything turned out to be so beautiful here that we decided to stay.     Excellent spa or a corner of Austria in the Leningrad region. Liked everything. A simple hotel that brought us a lot of good emotions and a great stay! A wonderful lounge area (in summer it is especially cool here), and in down jackets and warm socks, the hookah went perfectly! Very cozy rooms, comfortable mattress, good plumbing. The breakfasts are modest but delicious. Separate admiration for the spa area, we were together and for our money this is the best vacation within the Len area! Clean, plenty of space, the two of us had a great rest in the jacuzzi, the hammam and the sauna are also organized flawlessly. I didn't want to get out of there. In the spa area, you can order snacks and beer and take whatever your heart desires. Special thanks to the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember the name), but you made our weekend unforgettable! We rescheduled the recording 2 times and were treated with due understanding. Attentive, polite and pleasant, service at the European level.

    I liked the location, a large vacant cottage, a very warm house. There is a lake nearby. Russian sauna on the wood in the yard.     Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

    The breakfasts are good. As they say there is champagne :)) the view from the windows is cool. I don't know about summer, but now it's just perfect when the windows are on the floor. In the room (2 adults and 2 children lived in an apartment) from these windows it seems that there is a lot of air. The restaurant also has coloring books with pencils for children and toys, which is also very important for families with children. Very good and delicious breakfast. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. The spa area is excellent. The staff are great. We had a wonderful rest. We will come again!

    Great private hotel, great staff. The room is very nice, clean linen, full set of towels, shower gel, shampoos, kettle and a set of tea mugs. We had a mini-sauna in our room, which was very useful after walking around the island of Kilpola. Excellent breakfast, several dishes to choose from, while you can take whatever you liked from the list-menu (delicious pancakes with cottage cheese and cheesecakes). Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Recommend.

    Great hotel, we took 2 rooms, from the neighboring one (on the corner) there was a very beautiful view of the fortress.     Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived.     Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! Very cozy interior and extremely helpful staff! Stayed here for a week in mid November and therefore ended up being the only guests. We were greeted warmly and ensured a comfortable stay. We passed the evening successfully in the billiard room. At night, they fell asleep under the cozy sound of rain on the roof. Breakfast is worth a special mention! Plentiful and delicious! During the day we wandered around the territory of "Pikhtovoy", enjoyed the views and took many beautiful photographs with freshly fallen snow.
