    The houses are equipped as much as possible, you can move in with minimal luggage - there is a coffee machine with a bunch of capsules, spices and oil, coals, personal hygiene items, dishwasher tablets and washing gel.     We were warmly greeted and quickly settled. For breakfast, a delicious omelet was prepared from ingredients at will, fed with porridge and cheese cakes. Coffee can be brewed in a capsule coffee maker. In the evening, a guest played the piano, and we had a massage in a massage chair. We walked a lot, next to the park and the Priory Palace.     We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

    If you want a quality rest, then you are in Igor! We arrived at a cozy, warm, modern house, I didn't want to leave! We settled in ahead of time and at no extra charge))) received a delicious compliment from the hotel for our birthday))). The cottages are located in a picturesque place, around the pine trees, a very well-groomed area, it snowed at night and it felt like a fairy tale))). The house has everything from dishes, capsules and tea bags, charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace. Very cozy, on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, underfloor heating, the sauna is lovely, warmed up quickly. SPA area by appointment and once a day free of charge. Shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste (which has not been found in hotels for a long time).     Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! Very cozy interior and extremely helpful staff! Stayed here for a week in mid November and therefore ended up being the only guests. We were greeted warmly and ensured a comfortable stay. We passed the evening successfully in the billiard room. At night, they fell asleep under the cozy sound of rain on the roof. Breakfast is worth a special mention! Plentiful and delicious! During the day we wandered around the territory of "Pikhtovoy", enjoyed the views and took many beautiful photographs with freshly fallen snow.

    Celebrated in this wonderful place wedding anniversary and birthday, gathered a large company of 11 people. Everything was excellent, the house was huge, there was enough space for everyone, they were comfortably accommodated. The house has everything you need and even more. The houses are located at a great distance from each other, so no one bothered anyone (and we are a noisy company)) I was impressed by the territory, such an interesting layout of the site and that it is probably not found anywhere else! The bath is gorgeous, it's not even a bath, but a whole spa complex with a plunge pool and a view through the panoramic windows of the lake. The friendly and hospitable hosts Dmitry and Victor responded to any of our requests. You can also order tasty farm products at reasonable prices from them (you will lick your fingers from Adyghe cheese). I was glad that the road to the estate is good, there is asphalt everywhere.     The hotel is located in a pine forest and it was just great! Breakfasts are beyond praise. The room was very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day, although there was an announcement in the room that if you did not put them on the floor, then they did not need to be changed.     A very soulful place! Lovely spacious room. Warm floor everywhere. Very helpful staff, ready to help in everything. We come for the 3rd time and definitely not the last! This year, a lot of interesting events have been added (see the group in VK): master classes, theater, a concert of classical music in the evening. It's hard to do everything! On the territory there is a petting zoo (rabbits, geese, ducks, goats, sheep ...). Everything is clean, tasteful! For hotel guests a 25% discount on horse riding. And the horses there are just beauties, you can see how well they are looked after. You can talk about Ruthenia for a long time, a must-visit for all families with children!     Very nice apartments in a detached building. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! We celebrated the new year with my husband together! We arrived, and there the Christmas tree is decorated, there are garlands on the wall and glasses on the table for champagne! It was very nice! Knives, corkscrews, glasses, everything is there! Barbecue grill, fish grill even turned out! Great place, you can see that everything is thought out for a great stay! The shower with hot water was very pleased.     A very picturesque recreation center on the banks of the Vuoksa river! I liked absolutely everything. Convenient location for those who do not have a car, you can walk from the train in 15 minutes through the forest. Great view from the room. Delicious breakfasts. A lot of all sorts of interesting things on the territory of the hotel (playgrounds, swings, exercise machines, barbecues). The room has a TV with ivi subscription, so you can watch films for every taste in the evening. Boat rental at a cheap price. And, perhaps, the main plus is a couple of fluffy friendly cats living on the territory with whom you can sit and contemplate the beauty in silence :) In general, I really liked it, a great place to stay!
