    Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived. The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice: an omelet is prepared in front of you, a very tasty cottage cheese casserole, sausages, cold cuts, fruits and even champagne. My spouse had a birthday, we were given a compliment in the form of a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a discount was also provided in the restaurant. All kinds of activities for outdoor activities !! Champagne for breakfast pleased. Moreschal restaurant made a good impression. I recommend the cloudberry cheese dessert. Good selection of alcohol.     We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

    This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. And I like that arriving at 5 in the morning - they are settled. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff are friendly. And you can take dishes from the restaurant if you need something. All hotel staff - goes to meet the guest. And most importantly, cleanliness is everywhere. Everything is well maintained. The monastery is on foot for 5-7 minutes.

    The breakfasts are good. As they say there is champagne :)) the view from the windows is cool. I don't know about summer, but now it's just perfect when the windows are on the floor. In the room (2 adults and 2 children lived in an apartment) from these windows it seems that there is a lot of air. The restaurant also has coloring books with pencils for children and toys, which is also very important for families with children. Very good and delicious breakfast. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant. The spa area is excellent. The staff are great. We had a wonderful rest. We will come again!

The house has three washing machines - enough for everyone. soon promised to build a brazier. there is a covered gazebo outside and a small pool. the railway station is a 5-minute walk away. There are convenience stores in 2 minutes (about 150 meters). They may not be on the map - ask the owner of the house. For cycling trips (highway) a very convenient location - exit to Krasnaya Polyana, to Akhun, to Sochi, to the mountains, to Abkhazia - right at home.

    Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! Very cozy interior and extremely helpful staff! Stayed here for a week in mid November and therefore ended up being the only guests. We were greeted warmly and ensured a comfortable stay. We passed the evening successfully in the billiard room. At night, they fell asleep under the cozy sound of rain on the roof. Breakfast is worth a special mention! Plentiful and delicious! During the day we wandered around the territory of "Pikhtovoy", enjoyed the views and took many beautiful photographs with freshly fallen snow.

    Great private hotel, great staff. The room is very nice, clean linen, full set of towels, shower gel, shampoos, kettle and a set of tea mugs. We had a mini-sauna in our room, which was very useful after walking around the island of Kilpola.     Great hotel, we took 2 rooms, from the neighboring one (on the corner) there was a very beautiful view of the fortress. We considered this place purely as a staging post on the way to the Vepsian forest, but everything turned out to be so beautiful here that we decided to stay.     Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

    A very soulful place! Lovely spacious room. Warm floor everywhere. Very helpful staff, ready to help in everything. We come for the 3rd time and definitely not the last! This year, a lot of interesting events have been added (see the group in VK): master classes, theater, a concert of classical music in the evening. It's hard to do everything! On the territory there is a petting zoo (rabbits, geese, ducks, goats, sheep ...). Everything is clean, tasteful! For hotel guests a 25% discount on horse riding. And the horses there are just beauties, you can see how well they are looked after. You can talk about Ruthenia for a long time, a must-visit for all families with children!     A very picturesque recreation center on the banks of the Vuoksa river! I liked absolutely everything. Convenient location for those who do not have a car, you can walk from the train in 15 minutes through the forest. Great view from the room. Delicious breakfasts. A lot of all sorts of interesting things on the territory of the hotel (playgrounds, swings, exercise machines, barbecues). The room has a TV with ivi subscription, so you can watch films for every taste in the evening. Boat rental at a cheap price. And, perhaps, the main plus is a couple of fluffy friendly cats living on the territory with whom you can sit and contemplate the beauty in silence :) In general, I really liked it, a great place to stay!
