I liked the location, a large vacant cottage, a very warm house. There is a lake nearby. Russian sauna on the wood in the yard. There is a large table both on the open veranda and inside the house. This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. And I like that arriving at 5 in the morning - they are settled. The breakfasts are excellent. The staff are friendly. And you can take dishes from the restaurant if you need something. All hotel staff - goes to meet the guest. And most importantly, cleanliness is everywhere. Everything is well maintained. The monastery is on foot for 5-7 minutes.

If you want a quality rest, then you are in Igor! We arrived at a cozy, warm, modern house, I didn't want to leave! We settled in ahead of time and at no extra charge))) received a delicious compliment from the hotel for our birthday))). The cottages are located in a picturesque place, around the pine trees, a very well-groomed area, it snowed at night and it felt like a fairy tale))). The house has everything from dishes, capsules and tea bags, charcoal for the barbecue, firewood for the fireplace. Very cozy, on the ground floor and in all bathrooms, underfloor heating, the sauna is lovely, warmed up quickly. SPA area by appointment and once a day free of charge. Shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste (which has not been found in hotels for a long time). We considered this place purely as a staging post on the way to the Vepsian forest, but everything turned out to be so beautiful here that we decided to stay. Liked everything. First of all, the location, just on the shore of the lake, with a great view. If you're lucky with the weather, it's a paradise for the eyes. Enough prompt and comfortable check-in, quick keys. But we came on a weekday and there weren't many people at all. The houses themselves are very comfortable, everything is thought out. Great bed, soft mattresses, lighting and sockets near the beds. There is good sound insulation inside the house, the TV does not interfere. There is enough crockery, a nice new refrigerator, plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is even a sauna. Outside there is a barbecue area with a table.

A very soulful place! Lovely spacious room. Warm floor everywhere. Very helpful staff, ready to help in everything. We come for the 3rd time and definitely not the last! This year, a lot of interesting events have been added (see the group in VK): master classes, theater, a concert of classical music in the evening. It's hard to do everything! On the territory there is a petting zoo (rabbits, geese, ducks, goats, sheep ...). Everything is clean, tasteful! For hotel guests a 25% discount on horse riding. And the horses there are just beauties, you can see how well they are looked after. You can talk about Ruthenia for a long time, a must-visit for all families with children! This is how family leisure should be!

The hotel is located in a pine forest and it was just great! Breakfasts are beyond praise. The room was very clean, bed linen was changed every other day, towels every day, although there was an announcement in the room that if you did not put them on the floor, then they did not need to be changed. A very picturesque recreation center on the banks of the Vuoksa river! I liked absolutely everything. Convenient location for those who do not have a car, you can walk from the train in 15 minutes through the forest. Great view from the room. Delicious breakfasts. A lot of all sorts of interesting things on the territory of the hotel (playgrounds, swings, exercise machines, barbecues). The room has a TV with ivi subscription, so you can watch films for every taste in the evening. Boat rental at a cheap price. And, perhaps, the main plus is a couple of fluffy friendly cats living on the territory with whom you can sit and contemplate the beauty in silence :) In general, I really liked it, a great place to stay!

Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location! Very cozy interior and extremely helpful staff! Stayed here for a week in mid November and therefore ended up being the only guests. We were greeted warmly and ensured a comfortable stay. We passed the evening successfully in the billiard room. At night, they fell asleep under the cozy sound of rain on the roof. Breakfast is worth a special mention! Plentiful and delicious! During the day we wandered around the territory of "Pikhtovoy", enjoyed the views and took many beautiful photographs with freshly fallen snow.

We rested in early June. Wonderful, very nice looking houses: comfortable beds, hot water without interruption, a kettle with a tea set. Its own terrace. Your own barbecue. It is possible with a dog (+500 rubles per day). Large territory, no crowds of people. Great staff. And the nature around what! I think this is one of the best places in the area for this price point!

The friendly and hospitable hosts Dmitry and Victor responded to any of our requests. You can also order tasty farm products at reasonable prices from them (you will lick your fingers from Adyghe cheese). I was glad that the road to the estate is good, there is asphalt everywhere. Great place to stay !!! With great pleasure we rested in the House by the Sea. Excellent beautiful territory, large, comfortable, warm house. The house has everything you need: a kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a lot of small things (paper towels, dishwasher tablets). Large bathroom with large shower. They asked me to provide a crib and a high chair, they were already in the house by the time we arrived. The breakfasts are delicious, a good choice: an omelet is prepared in front of you, a very tasty cottage cheese casserole, sausages, cold cuts, fruits and even champagne. My spouse had a birthday, we were given a compliment in the form of a bottle of champagne and a plate of fruit, a discount was also provided in the restaurant.
