This hotel is more or less made for Russian guests, but nevertheless you will feel welcome. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and patience, thank you again! It's located a few minute walk from the train station and, if you're going to see a concert, it's literally 8 meters away from the philharmonia.

The location is 3-minute walk to Murmansk mall which is a good place to dine or do your groceries. The receptionist allowed me leave my luggage after check out with no extra charge which is AWESOME!

Very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and it's 15 minutes by walking from the city center. Great location! I wanted to book a tour and they gave the phone number of the English speaking guide and I did an awesome tour to Teriberka.

Every staff here were very helpful and generous. They were responsible and put a lot of effort to help customers. The breakfast was yummy and had enough varieties. It was very value for money. The room was very clean, beautiful and spacious. They also provide drinking water and good tea for you anytime you were thirsty.This was one of the most impressive hotels I stayed.
