The staff were unbelievably helpful. The ladies helped my friend and I book taxis, find rescue centres, and made our stay in Russia very positive. I will definitely stay here again, would recommend to anyone attempting Elbrus. Could I also say a giant thank you to the lady who booked us a wonderful taxi driver. He brought us back to Mineralyn Vody, stopping to buy us ice cream. He was a diamond!

Comfortable cozy room. Clean and quiet. WiFi worked well. Breakfast and dinner is reasonable price and tasty (includes three courses). Game room is well maintained and spacy but at extra cost. Located 7-12km from ski resorts — taxi is cheap or the hotel could provide transfer.

Good location, quite quiet, although the hotel overlooks the main street, and the rooms have good soundproofing. Good helpful staff. Clean, comfortable, very good and tasty cafe. Large portions and even some dishes were prepared as you ask)
