    Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, close to the center, in the building of the hotel itself there are two restaurants, I managed to eat in Italian, the staff is polite, friendly, the parking is guarded on the territory of the hotel, the fee is symbolic. I was delighted with the boiling white bed linen and towels! Not all hotels offer this kind of care.

    Great clean hotel. There are many places in the parking lot. The room is in a classic, calm style, without carpets, jacquard curtains, etc. Quiet. For breakfast they brought omelette, cheese, sausages, toast, jam, tea, oatmeal. The girl at the front desk is very attentive. All liked it.

    We were here for the second time, after the first visit there was no doubt where to stay in Rostov. But we got a nice bonus - an increase in the room status as a compliment from the hotel. Very nice. The location for car travelers is perfect! All small toothbrushes, slippers, corkscrew, bottle opener and so on are provided. Very nice staff - both the girls at the counter and the guy helping to park the car. Thanks!

    We stayed one night on the way home, I liked almost everything: the friendly administrator, the room is clean, nice, comfortable beds, blankets, air conditioning, there is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, bags with shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom, doors in the shower close tightly (!), which, by the way, is not so common. It was quiet at night. There is a water cooler and a microwave in the hallway. And you can ask the administrator for plates if you need. I was also pleased with the opportunity to park the car at the hotel (at 9 pm there were no problems with this) and you can take your pets (+100 rubles).

    Perfectly clean, large room, nice furniture, albeit slightly shabby, very comfortable bed. Nice courtyard, all in flowers, its own parking. They calmly accepted us with a dog (husky, that is, a decent size). Everything you need to have in the bathroom is: a full set of towels, shampoo / shower gel, soap, hair dryer. There is a cafe, we had a good breakfast there and drank good brewed coffee. Very nice staff, all friendly.

    Stayed with my husband on the way south and back. I liked everything, the location, the room, and the breakfast. The staff is just a miracle ... my husband and I travel a lot, but I have never met such a responsive, friendly, smiling and benevolent staff. And their own brewery is great, the beer is delicious.     The location could not have been better. It was near the town center and only a 15 minute walk from the rail station. The room itself was gorgeous too. The shower was fantastic, which is I think needs to be said because usually showers in this region are substandard. The staff was incredibly nice and the front desk woman speaks a little English, which is also unusual for this region.

    The hotel is not far from the highway. Convenient exit to the M4. The room is clean, its own bathroom, hot, cold water. They wrote about poor sound insulation, I would not say. People are all out of the way, adequate, everyone needs to sleep. At 22:00 there was already silence. On the opposite side is a large store Magnet. Very comfortably. In the morning they gave breakfast: pie, yogurt, sandwich and tea. All liked it.

    Great hotel. Arrived at 2 am, we were met and accommodated. The room is spacious, cleanliness is perfect, comfortable, very good repair, everything you need is in the room. Each floor has an iron and ironing board. On the second floor you can drink tea or coffee with rams, there is a cooler with drinking water. We also ordered breakfast (scrambled eggs from 2 eggs, two sausages, a cucumber and a tomato, a pancake with apple and cinnamon + sour cream, tea or coffee), very tasty and satisfying. There are gazebos on the territory where you can sit and cook something on the grill. There is also a large outdoor pool and sun loungers.     Arrived on the opening day, at the front desk they gave a compliment to the gift from the hotel, as I am the second visitor and coincides with the opening date. Loved the design of the hotel, it is different from the facade. The restaurant is open around the clock, which is a big plus. For me, a very convenient location, close to work.
