Everything was great. I had on of the best view form my room and on the bathroom, the river moyka and the st Isaac’s cathedral. Location was great. I love it. It was a great stay. Only thingnis there is no lift. And my room is on the 4th floor with a heavy luggage. But good thing the staffs were helpful in bring down mu luggage specially when i arrived, special metion to Yana who booked me a taxi and walked me out on the street for my taxi ride. Very helpful and sweet.

During the trip I did not personally meet with any of the staff, everything, from check-in to check-out, was non-contact. I liked the loft style in which the apartments were decorated. Very atmospheric. And the best thing is that there is a terrace with a stunning view of the Nevsky. The room has a bathrobe and slippers, an umbrella, a shoe cleaner. When you leave the room in the corridor there is an iron, ironing board, which you can use at any time. All in all, a lot of important details that I appreciate. The location of the apartments is super comfortable and beautiful. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, including our favorite Italia restaurant, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Very convenient location, 15 minutes walk from the Moscow railway station. It’s very quiet in the room and you can sleep! It’s not like when your windows overlook Nevsky Prospekt! There are a lot of cafes and bars on the street, nearby the dining room is quite delicious food and cheap! I really liked that there was tea, coffee and chocolates with cookies in the room (small, nice bonus)! In general, thank you very much! My husband and I were satisfied! Everything! The location and wonderful staff Anna and Sam who couldn’t do enough for us. Really clean room. Access to all local bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. We were spoiled for choice. Lovely tiled walk in shower. 24hr access with fob and key. The famous Nevsky Prospect is at the end of the street. I would highly recommend the Underwood Hotel.

The location is really very convenient, especially if you arrive at the Moscow railway station and leave as well. When checking in, no difficulties arose, they sent very detailed instructions. The apartment is small, but we only slept there, did not feel any inconvenience. Interesting design and a very comfortable window sill, on which it is pleasant to sit together and observe the city!

The sunset view of the city from the windows is magical, a real St. Petersburg atmosphere: roofs, seagulls, historical buildings. Near the embankment, during the navigation period you can look at the drawbridges at least every evening. The cool design of the rooms will delight the hearts of aesthetes.
