I was here only a day, it was very interesting to get acquainted with the location. A very fresh and clean hotel, the feeling of a pleasant and respectable place, without unnecessary fuss, but also without a deliberately expensive atmosphere. Everything is so eco-Scandinavian! And, of course, the magnificent pool and the view from it! You can safely come here for three days, especially in new realities, to really relax, get some air and improve your health))

The staff, above all. When I asked if we might be able to catch an ice hockey game, Alexandra (the Concierge) not only gave me all the information, she actually gave me free tickets as well! When I mentioned that my husband and I were celebrating our birthdays in Russia, reception arranged to send two pieces of absolutely delicious honey cake and 2 splits of champagne to our room!! We stayed for 2 nights in a suite overlooking the canal, which was just breathtakingly beautiful. Alexander, a young Bellman, always had a ready smile and helpful attitude. Vitaliy is extraordinary, the consummate professional. Additionally, the onsite restaurant serves delicious meals and teas, and the in house spa is world class.

Room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean. Food is excellent in all areas, staff were mostly friendly but the jewel has to be the spa and wellness centre which is outstanding. Location was also great with the Hermitage/Nevsky etc a short walk across palace bridge. Metro easily accessible also 5-10 minute walk to Sportivnaya. Overall an excellent choice to visit St Petersburg.
