Location on the Gulf of Finland. The view from the room. big room. Well equipped. We spent the day at the water park. The mall and restaurants are adjacent to the hotel. The city was beautiful before Christmas. The vacation was wonderful.

We love everything at Hotel Helvetia: everyone among the staff was very kind and helpful, for example to book us a taxi ; the rooms were perfectly clean, in perfect condition, very well isolated and spacious ; lots of little attentions worth of a 5 star hotel ; breakfast is excellent and with lots of choices. We had a perfect stay in Saint Petersburg and we would love to come back to the hotel! Thanks to all the staff.

Everything was great. I had on of the best view form my room and on the bathroom, the river moyka and the st Isaac’s cathedral. Location was great. I love it. It was a great stay. Only thingnis there is no lift. And my room is on the 4th floor with a heavy luggage. But good thing the staffs were helpful in bring down mu luggage specially when i arrived, special metion to Yana who booked me a taxi and walked me out on the street for my taxi ride. Very helpful and sweet.
