I liked absolutely everything - the breakfast, the location, the arrangement of the territory, and especially the attitude of the staff. I have never met such attentive and caring staff. And a complete feeling that I am not in the Tula region but in the Austrian Alps .... Absolutely everything is done with love and care.

Very convenient location of the hotel. Polite staff, when checking in, they clarified my wishes for the location of the room (on which floor I would like to live), which surprised and delighted me very much! The room is sooooo spacious, the standard room is bigger than the superior rooms in other hotels. Good soundproofing, clean room. Lots of choices for breakfast and all very tasty.

Great welcome and welcome! Walking distance from the main attractions, good location of the hotel. It was nice wake up and see such colorful Russian houses) the breakfast was very tasty, despite such a modest price. I booked at the last minute and didn't regret it. Thanks!
