    Very stylish, comfortable, everything looks fresh and clean. The location is very good, quite quiet street, but close to the center. Breakfast is quite simple, but at the same time there is everything and very diverse, worth the money.

    Excellent location near the center, the room for 4 people in which we lived is a comfortable apartment in a modern building with a closed area and parking. The apartment is warm (for especially heat-loving people there is an additional heater), a room with a sofa and a bed. For any family of 4 for a couple of days - a great option. The administrator gave us a remote control for using the gate (it was very convenient, given that we traveled by car).

    I liked so much themed halls of each floor. It was like museum. I was living on literature floor — there were thousands of books — I felt like if I was at my grandparents house — they had a very huge library.

    I chose this hotel already several times, when I fly from Tyumen airport. The location is in the outskirts of Tyumen, but pretty close to Roshino (15 min by taxi). Rooms are quite big, service is good, the restaurant serves very good dishes and has a nice atmosphere. I will come again.

    Great hostel, better than many hotels! I liked absolutely everything! Cleanliness, comfort, interior, snow-white linen, the presence of a washing machine, the view from the window, the area. Wonderful wifi Staff very polite, several showers and several toilets. I am delighted! You can't imagine better! 10 out of 10.
