Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Afternoon tea was also included in the price, I tried once and it was really nice. Location is very good in my opinion to visit the city. They gave me a room on the top floor with the view on the main park of the city and I really liked it. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. One of the curtains could let pass a bit of light in the morning but it was not an issue for me. There was also a very light noise that I guess was the ventilation system but it didn't disturbed me. Staff was very kind and helpful. At the reception they could speak english. I would like to thank all of them, and especially Maria who was very nice with me, she gave me a map of the city with a guidebook in english and also some suggestions about places to see...I really appreciated it. On the last day I could leave my bags at the reception while visiting the city.

The atmosphere, the design of the rooms is just wonderful, I want to consider the small details in the room. There were bathrobes, slippers, accessories in the bath. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast selection is ok. Very pleased with the staff, friendly, answered all questions quickly and gave full information about the services.

Excellent location near the center, the room for 4 people in which we lived is a comfortable apartment in a modern building with a closed area and parking. The apartment is warm (for especially heat-loving people there is an additional heater), a room with a sofa and a bed. For any family of 4 for a couple of days - a great option. The administrator gave us a remote control for using the gate (it was very convenient, given that we traveled by car).

Very nice hotel with perfect comfort. The location was convenient for us. The rooms were equipped very well and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The woman at the reception didn't speak English, but she had prepared all the important questions and conversations on printed paper in my mother language. And if there was something else, she translated with her phone. So we could perfectly communicate. We left before breakfast time, they provided a lunch package for us.

Завтрак на отлично. Есть очень богатый выбор не только на шведском столе, но и в приготовлении горячего на завтрак. Месторасположение превосходно. я был несколько раз, раз необходимо было переночевать между рейсами - есть и трансфер дешевый и по времени - идеально и не близко, что бы ничего не мешало и не далеко, чтобы не вставать за несколько часов... и на машине также отдыхал между городами остановок... очень удобно все расположено, есть бесплатная стоянка под камерами. Персонал вежлив и опрятен. Все очень понравилось.

The hotel exceeded expectations. I have already stayed in hotels with thermal springs, including in Hungary and Poland, but I liked it more here. Thoughtful territory, including for a walk. Location of the cafe in a separate building. Large selection and delicious food. And very tasty coffee! :) Separate delight - the pool. In the morning it works only for residents, I swam alone. Comfortable temperature, strong water jets for massage. Clean, comfortable. There is everything you need, friendly staff who explain everything very clearly.

I rarely visit Tyumen. Loved the photos of the hotel and the location. Excellent hotel, very comfortable room, has everything you need. The hotel has its own shuttle for the early morning. Breakfast from 04-00, which is generally rare. True, there are no hot dishes, but you still have the opportunity to have a full breakfast. Historic old city center. very beautiful view, exit to the embankment and bridge of lovers. beautiful cozy interior. delicious varied breakfasts. There is a good bakery in the same building.

Excellent hotel of European level, comfortable spacious room, delicious and varied breakfasts. Good soundproofing in the room. Comfortable bed, large set of towels, bathrobes. Excellent spa complex with a thermal spring in the open air. A lot of massage jets, jets, jets that work constantly. We took tickets only to the spa for 5 hours, it was quite enough. If possible, it is better to rest on weekdays. We spent three wonderful days, rested and relaxed. We will try to return, we liked both the hotel and the city of Tyumen itself.

I chose this hotel already several times, when I fly from Tyumen airport. The location is in the outskirts of Tyumen, but pretty close to Roshino (15 min by taxi). Rooms are quite big, service is good, the restaurant serves very good dishes and has a nice atmosphere. I will come again.

Exceptionally clean, superb service, excellent location, and spacious room (even basic double room, this time had studio and it was huge!). I stay for 3 nights/4 days - everything was great. I must highlight breakfast - yes, I loved it, very tasty! If you are booking - pick breakfast option 100% p.s. I visited two years ago - noise cancellation improved!
