Exceptionally clean, superb service, excellent location, and spacious room (even basic double room, this time had studio and it was huge!). I stay for 3 nights/4 days - everything was great. I must highlight breakfast - yes, I loved it, very tasty! If you are booking - pick breakfast option 100% p.s. I visited two years ago - noise cancellation improved!

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Afternoon tea was also included in the price, I tried once and it was really nice. Location is very good in my opinion to visit the city. They gave me a room on the top floor with the view on the main park of the city and I really liked it. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. One of the curtains could let pass a bit of light in the morning but it was not an issue for me. There was also a very light noise that I guess was the ventilation system but it didn't disturbed me. Staff was very kind and helpful. At the reception they could speak english. I would like to thank all of them, and especially Maria who was very nice with me, she gave me a map of the city with a guidebook in english and also some suggestions about places to see...I really appreciated it. On the last day I could leave my bags at the reception while visiting the city.
